Return Policy on Custom Work:
Once an order is officially placed (payment received), there are no refunds. We handcraft each item based on your custom specifications and cannot resell most custom designs. Each order is made especially for your little one according to your needs.
Sketch and Photo Policy:
We provide free sketches via email and work with those preliminary designs until coming up with a design that you love.
We send photos throughout your project's process, of all stages of the painting and construction of your custom order. We do not ship until you are 100% happy with your order.

Pricing for wall letters can be found in the drop-down form located at the wall letters page.
Ship times vary depending on the item purchased. At this time, wall letter orders are produced during an 8 week time line and shipped with the customer's approval. We use priority USPS shipping which takes an average of two to three business days to arrive for US addresses. International shipping and US military bases require a longer ship time than domestic US shipping according to USPS.com's current ship time estimates.
