Earth Day 2008 Prize Drawing

Fill out the following form to enter for a chance to win free wall letters hand painted by The Fairy Paintbox.

Description of prize: 8 inch tall individual alphabet wall letters, spelling one name or one word chosen by the winner. Letters will be hand painted in a design chosen by the winner.

Rules: Open to citizens of the United States. One entry per person, no limit per family. Enter all of your information in the form below and a name will be chosen randomly on April 22nd 2008. Winners will be notified on April 23nd 2008.

1st Prize: 6 inch tall Wall Letters spelling any one word or name

2nd Prize: Hand painted bird house

2nd Prize: $20 toward any project
